After squeezing fruit in your fruit juicing machine, add a few drops of fresh lemon juice per ounce and immediately freeze the fruit juices in sealable plastic containers.

Frozen fresh fruit juices keep for several weeks. Fruit juices kept longer than that will begin to go bad even while frozen.
