* Make tomato juice from 3 medium tomatoes in your vegetable juicer.
* Add 1 lemon (peeled but with white pith remaining), 1 clove garlic, 2 fresh jalapeno peppers and 1 small red onion (for crunchier salsa, chop the onion).
Combine all the fresh vegetable juices and pulp. Stir and serve with vegetables or chips. Yields 1 cup. Good for health and nutrition, particularly colds, flu and skin.
