Parsley is the most nutritious herb you can eat and should be included in every vegetable juicing program.

Parsley juice is very strong, so mix one part juice to 10 parts of another less potent vegetable juice such as celery, cucumber or carrot juice. Keep parsley running through your vegetable juicer because it is helpful when you´re juicing for weight loss.
