Electric wheatgrass juicers, such as the Green Power Juicer, are much easier to use than hand-crank models. To juice wheatgrass, turn your wheatgrass juicer on and place a bunch of cut wheatgrass, tip down into the hole at the top.
Your bunch of wheatgrass should be about 2/3-inch in diameter. Measure wheatgrass in "rounds" like spaghetti. A one-inch round of wheatgrass yields about one ounce of juice.
